Newsfeed-GeneratorKdenlive 0.9Features and tweaks Improve detection of locale issues (default to POSIX when there is a locale conflict on the system) Bugfixes Fix monitor effect scene sometimes forcing monitor minimum size PulseAudio 2.0* Alternate sample rates * Jack detection * Echo cancellation: WebRTC canceller, automatic gain control, drift compensation * Virtual Surround module * Xen Paravirtualised audio sink * Fixed HURD support * A2DP decoder quality improvements libvpx 1.1.0 Eider* Eider adds a motion-compensated temporal denoiser, which gives higher quality than the older spatial denoiser. Performance Improvements * With Eider, our focus was on decoder speed and realtime encoder speed. Large realtime encoding speed gains with little quality loss are possible using the on-the-fly bitpacking experiment. Video conferencing-style encodes can be up to 13% faster, depending on resource allocation, with loss in the range of 0.2dB. * Decoder speed improved 2.5% vs. Duclair. Many thanks to all who worked on Eider, and welcome to four new contributors: KO Myung-Hun Japan To Launch New Climate Observation Satellite SHIZUKU NowThe Japanese JAXA is ready to launch the SHIZUKU climate observation satellite on board of a H-IIA rocket. VOTE FOR KAETZCHENTHIS IS AN IMPORTANT CALL TO ALL CITIZENS OF NORTH RHINE-WESTPHALIA! VOTE FOR KAETZCHEN! -->KDevelop 4.3.1There were a few important bugfixes since KDevelop 4.3.0, hence you should update as soon as possible. Improved C++ support On machines that already use the recently released GCC 4.7, you need KDevelop 4.3.1 to ensure proper support for many C++ stdlib classes in our language support. This is due to the usage of the new C++11 noexecept keyword in the stdlib header files, which was not supported by KDevelop until now. Other Bugfixes Beside the notable changes above, KDevelop 4.3.1 comes with lots of bug fixes for our PHP and QtHelp documentation plugins, the PHP support and other areas. As usual, we also managed to resolve a few crashes. For the full overview, take a look at the changelog files. Many thanks as always to the various contributors who made this release possible. NVIDIA GPU Drivers 295.40* Added support for the following GPUs: GeForce GT 635M * Closed a security vulnerability which made it possible for attackers to reconfigure GPUs to gain access to arbitrary system memory. For further details, see: http://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3109 * Fixed a bug that caused DisplayPort devices to occasionally fail to turn back on after the system is resumed from suspend. * Added a ModeValidation X configuration option token, "AllowNon3DVisionModes", to allow modes that are not optimized for NVIDIA 3D Vision to be validated on 3D Vision monitors. |
